Cleveland Liquidation is a family owned & operated business. They first opened their doors in 2017 in a small warehouse.
Originally Dennis & Ami only sold customer returns from many of the nations largest retailers.
However, as they strived to improve quality of their inventory, they quickly evolved into a mix of WHOLESALE & OVERSTOCK items.
In 2018, they relocated to the Southland shopping area. They're working hard to increase their inventory and to consistently bring QUALITY furniture, home goods and more at more affordable prices.
Where are you?
We're conveniently across from the Southland Shopping Plaza at 6880 Pearl Rd, Unit 5, Middleburg Hts, Ohio 44130. We're right next door to Goodwill, behind the Firestone.
What is your returns policy?
Cleveland Liquidation LLC accepts returns within 7 days of receipt of items with the exception of bedding products, Red Tag or Scratch & Dent items.
Cleveland Liquidation LLC reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in the condition it was received: Damage or misuse of customer.
A pick-up fee of $99 will be charged if Cleveland Liquidation LLC has to pick up merchandise. Any delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
An order can be canceled up to 7 business days after purchases at no charge and cancellations after will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
“FLOOR MODELS” AND “AS IS” ITEMS:
“Floor Model” and “As Is” merchandise do not have any warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All “Floor Models” and “As Is” merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.

YES! You can have 90 days to pay See if you're eligible here!
Can I put an 'Overstock/Closeout' item on hold?
Yes! It is set so you can't actually pay for overstock items online. However, if you place an order online, it will be held for one open day. If the item is not picked up the next day we're open we'll re-list it.
How Do I Order Stuff From Ashley Furniture-for less?

Once an item is ordered it takes approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive in our facility. Once it arrives we'll contact you for free in-store pick up. Or if you chose delivery, our delivery company will reach out to you to schedule a time which works for you.
*If an order you placed is backordered and will take longer than 4 weeks to arrive. One of our customer service reps will contact you to let you know.
How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept cash or credit, in store only. If you'd like to place an item on hold for one day you can 'order' something online (it is set so you don't pay until you pick up your order). We will hold your order for one day. If it is not picked up on the next open day we will re-list it.
Do you offer delivery?
**Delivery includes complimentary Assembly.
**Delivery charge is $99 within 30 miles of the store.
**Delivery charge is $120.00 for deliveries between 31 – 60 miles. **Delivery charge is $150.00 for deliveries between 61 – 90 miles. **For in-stock items, expect deliveries around a week from purchase
**For items which need to be ordered, expect order time to be 2-4 weeks and delivery time within a week after arrival to our facility.
**Rooms need to be cleared so merchandise can be delivered. **We do not install any electronic merchandise.
**Pick ups are available Monday -Friday 11am-7pm; Saturday 10am-5pm; No pick up on Sundays.
